Delivery Pricing
Orders are generally priced according to weight and size of parcel applicable for your order.
Orders under 2Kg are sent via Royal Mail – 2-4 days for delivery – £5.00
Orders between 2Kg and 10Kg are sent via Royal Mail – 2-4 days for delivery – £7.00
Orders between 10Kg and 20Kg are sent via Royal Mail – 2-4 days for delivery - £10.00
Orders larger than 20Kg – please contact us for a delivery quotation.

Shipping Policy
At Sideways Honey Co., we prioritize swift and secure delivery of your orders. Typically, dispatch occurs within 2 working days (9 am-5 pm, excluding Bank Holidays) from the order placement. Orders made after 5 pm on Friday or over the weekend may be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Every effort is made to ensure meticulous packing for the safe transit of your items. For larger orders or those with varying weights, it may be necessary to split the order into multiple parcels. Consequently, your order may be delivered in separate parcels, potentially arriving at different times. In such cases, kindly allow an additional day for any remaining parcels to reach you.

Damage or Lost

Returns and Refunds Policy
At Sideways Honey Co., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect items or your order is damaged during postage, we are committed to promptly refunding or replacing any damaged or missing items. Please reach out to us immediately, enabling us to efficiently arrange replacements or refunds. For damaged goods, we kindly request photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
If your order is undamaged, or unopened, but no longer meets your needs, you are welcome to return it at your expense. We will refund the order amount, excluding the original delivery costs. To initiate a return, notify us within 7 days of delivery, and ensure the items are unopened and unused. Returns must reach us within 7 days of notification. For honey products, we cannot accept returns if the tamper-proof seal is damaged, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
To facilitate refunds or replacements, contact us via email at hello@sidewayshoney.co.uk with your order number. Replacement items will be dispatched to the original order address, and payments will be refunded through the original payment method used for the order, typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items.
